Primary studio: Systems Readiness
Our flagship five-day studio teaches teams how to map a live stack, interview owners, and leave with a readiness brief leadership can fund or refuse.
Seats are limited per cohort so facilitators can critique real sketches. Training runs from our Can Tho room at 366E Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Bui Huu Nghia Ward, Can Tho City, with optional remote observers by arrangement.
