A five-day studio that teaches teams how to map, question, and document a live technology stack before any rewrite begins.
Built for product and engineering leads who inherit opaque platforms. Participants practice stakeholder interviews, dependency sketching, risk tagging, and a final readiness brief that leadership can actually use. Sessions run in our Can Tho training room with optional remote observers.
