Agreement

By using filecedarhub.click or enrolling in a Filecedarhub training program, you agree to these terms. If you are booking seats for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services described

Filecedarhub provides instructor-led tech analysis training, including studios, labs, clinics, and workshops. Website program descriptions and fees are informational. A separate enrollment confirmation or invoice governs the specific cohort you join.

Accounts and accuracy

When you submit a contact or enrollment inquiry, you must provide accurate contact details. We may decline or cancel a booking if information is misleading or incomplete.

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, and site content remain the property of Filecedarhub or its licensors. Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to use templates for their employer’s internal analysis work. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of materials without written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or disrupt training sessions for other participants.

No professional warranty beyond training

Training improves analysis skills. It does not constitute legal, financial, security audit, or implementation services. Outcomes in your organization depend on your own decisions and data quality.

Liability

To the extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Filecedarhub’s total liability arising from website use or a given enrollment is limited to fees paid for that enrollment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or delayed projects.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Can Tho City, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
