A training room for careful analysis
Filecedarhub exists for product and engineering teams who inherit opaque platforms and need a shared method before they rewrite, integrate, or buy.
We teach in Can Tho because many Mekong Delta firms want rigorous analysis without flying every cohort to a coastal megacity. Our room at 366E Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Bui Huu Nghia Ward, Can Tho City holds small groups so facilitators can mark sketches in person.
Programs stay deliberately narrow: systems readiness, requirements, integration risk, modernization briefings, and diligence memos. We do not sell software licenses or run your delivery backlog.
Facilitators come from analysis and delivery backgrounds. They grade briefs on whether a steering group could decide from the page—not on how many frameworks appear in the appendix.
How a cohort feels
Mornings are drills. Afternoons are critique. Evenings are optional office hours for remote observers. You leave with templates your team can reuse without us in the room.
