Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026. Applies to paid seats in Filecedarhub instructor-led training programs.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to enrollment fees paid for public or private tech analysis training cohorts confirmed by invoice. This policy does not cover software products, physical merchandise, or services we do not sell.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice.

Partial refund

Cancellations received 6–13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund of tuition after deposit handling. Cancellations within 5 days of the start date are not eligible for a tuition refund, though you may nominate a substitute colleague at no transfer fee.

Non-refundable items

Administrative deposits marked non-refundable on the invoice, third-party venue surcharges for private on-site runs already committed, and printed materials already produced for a named participant are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email studio@filecedarhub.click with your invoice number, participant name, program title, and reason. You may also call (84-71) 3821885 during business hours. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may require additional verification for corporate payers.

Cancellation by Filecedarhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund including deposit. We are not responsible for travel booked without our written advice to proceed.

Rescheduling

Participants may reschedule once to another published cohort within six months if notice arrives at least 7 days before the original start. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to hold a seat. Unless the invoice says otherwise, deposits become non-refundable when the cancellation window for a full refund has closed.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written cancellation is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued; materials already shared digitally remain available for personal use under the license in our terms.

Work already started

For private workshops where facilitation or customized case design has already begun, fees covering completed preparation hours are deducted from any approved refund.

Purchased materials

Digital templates included with tuition stay with the participant after a partial refund. Separately purchased printed packs that have shipped are not returnable.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial credit at our discretion. Credits expire twelve months from issue.
