Data we collect

We collect identity and contact details you submit (name, email, organization, program interest, message content), enrollment and invoice details when you book a seat, and limited technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

Purposes

We use data to answer inquiries, manage cohorts, issue invoices, improve the training site, and meet accounting or legal duties. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Processing rests on steps needed to respond to your request or perform a training contract, our legitimate interest in operating a secure training studio, and consent where you accept non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related enrollment continues. Enrollment and invoice records are retained for the period required by Vietnamese accounting rules. Cookie preference markers remain until you clear storage or change your choice.

Processors and transfers

We may use email, hosting, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions. When providers are outside Vietnam, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent Vietnamese authority.

Children

Programs are aimed at adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
